"For a clinic that is supposed to “care about their patients” this place is a scam. The initial appointment went well. I had a thorough consultation And spoke to the main clinician, and she did answer all my questions, but I soon realized it was only to my business and once my business was gained, they had absolutely no customer service and no thoroughness. I got the semiglutide injections. They did not explain to me which doses to take it which times so when I went home, I did not know that there were certain doses and I took the wrong injection at home. When I came back and explained, they were defensive instead of seeing that they should explain to their patients the process of How to take injections (Especially patients that have never taken injections before) The injections worked a little bit I wouldn’t say as well as she told me they would I lost around 7 pounds in 7 weeks - which is fine but When I went back to get a second round They never told me that their prices increase $100 So I paid 385 for the first round and then they Tried to charge me almost $500 For the second round. The girl upfront told me that every round it increases in price And I asked her for her price list and she said They do not have one. What kind of company doesn’t display their prices unless they were a company that works out of greed. Besides the money factor, the women in the front are not very nice. Their customer service Is horrible and when you go in for an appointment basically sitting there Without being seen. I waited a whole two hours just to be seen- They never come out It’s like they sit in the back and you don’t see anyone upfront assisting people and they do come up they are rude - short answered- unhelpful- and unaccommodating. If you care about your patients this clinic should learn how to treat them better. This place only wants your money."

"No insurance accepted, can’t even get cost range over the phone. Only way to get prices is via $25 consult (waved if you start a program). Not sure if this is common in the industry or not but feels like a dated sales tactic. Happy to see other positive results posted here but not impressed and definitely skeptical of what is being offered. I may have missed it but I also couldn’t find any place on the website where the names of the doctors are listed so that I can research them ahead of time. The receptionist or whomever answered my call was very polite and professional though."
