"0 stars if I could!!!! I have my plastic surgery written board exam scheduled that can be taken only once a year. Luckily I accidentally heard that some medical students had their exams canceled due to the flooding in the center. No one responded to calls, no way to talk with anyone online; I submitted a general inquiry w/o a response; the "check scheduling" continues to state that exam is scheduled as before, although I know that the center is flooded. All the exams one day earlier were canceled; there is absolutely no way they will fix the problem in one day! No one called me in advance to at least let me know…they are probably waiting for 48 h before canceling so that I pay a larger fee for rescheduling and also spend a significant traveling expense along with the stress... This is totally mean and unprofessional, not only the #5455 Morgantown, WV brunch, but the entire Prometric system if it allows such an irresponsible treatment of their clients."

"I’d like to give zero stars, but canceling exam dates for months is unacceptable. What is being done to solve the issues that are causing our exams to be cancelled? Why are we able to even schedule exams there just to be canceled?"

"It has apparently been flooded/inoperable for months now, but they have been deliberately waiting to inform/cancel people's tests less than a week from their test date. Never schedule a test here unless you want to lose money and years off of your life from the stress of a career-determining test being canceled at the last minute. It is 100% a scam. There should be an option to give zero stars."

"I have had multiple cancellations starting in December. Due to cancellations I had to have NASBA extend NTS. I just got canceled again. And if they cancel my reschedule one more time I don't know if NASBA will extend again or not. And then have to pay another 300 bucks yo get a new NTS and essentially have wasted 300 bucks dye to not being able to take exam. I can't go to another testing center because others are too far. I heard it's due to flooding issues from back around Christmas where waterline may have busted, I just wish if they were just gonna be closed be closed and let us know when you reopen. Don't let us reschedule and then keep canceling"

"Only leaving a one star review so that this can be made public. I have been canceled at this location multiple weekend in a row with little to know context as to why. First cancelation was due to “Operational issues” and second is now “inclement weather”. Operational issues I understand, but I cant agree with inclement weather considering the forecast for that day has a 40% chance of rain, "
