"Bought 7 cigars recommended by the store employee. I smoked 1 and it was horrible, was very moist and kept going out with NO flavor. I tried to take them back next day and trade up for better cigar and he refused to trade them out. Poor customer service. I will never buy from them again!!"

"Excellent shop with a great selection of pipes and tobacco. It’s very hard to find Peterson Irish tobacco blends here and central Ohio, and the Cigar Cave has plenty. The vibe of the shop is very chill and not pushy. The staff is more than willing to help but they are not going to ring a bell when you walk in and jump for joy. Be a man… get your tobacco and get out haha."
"Cigar prices were high. Asked politely if they offered military discounts and they said no. Wish they supported military. Asked if they had matches and worker said no and that he’s been bugging owner to get them. A cigar shop with no matches? Weird. I’d go somewhere else next time."
