Kwik Fill 105 North 13th Street, Franklin, PA 16323

"There are very very few full service gas stations left in our area. Every one of them is a kwik fill. We get great service at all of them EXCEPT the one in Franklin on the corner of 13th and Atlantic. We just drove away from the pump without getting our $90 worth of gas because no one would come out to pump our gas. We waited for at least five minutes AND an employee came out for a smoke break. My husband is handicapped, that is why he always seeks out a full service station. This one is the only one we ever have issues with. It's either an excruciatingly long wait or the staff just doesn't bother to come out at all and we drive off."

"The employees here are so lovely and friendly, always have a smile on their face. They're grand."

"This is one of the last simple gas stations around and they even offer full service! Their prices are on par with the bigger convenience stores, but you don't have to deal with the lines and traffic. I would give them 5 stars if they had a public restroom, that determines a lot of the places we stop since we have a small child with a bladder the size of a grape"

"It's a great place to visit, generally there is no conflict, unless they're forced to create some rule passed on to them from corporate or their vendors are out of something that sales extremely well. They interact with customers and try to get a smile before they leave and try to be decent enough to make them feel a level of appreciation and friendship so they will revisit."

"Employee was very helpful and consistent with her job. She knew her job well. She was very considerate and kind to me. Only thing, I would make a suggestion about is that the employee before her could be more attentive to the things that could've been done before she showed up for her shift. The outside parking lot, they could've cleaned it up."
