"I would have loved to give this place more stars, but I was really disappointed in some of my experience. I was excited to treat myself since I’ve only gotten my nails done twice in the past 20 years. I got the “spa” manicure on their appointment website. Which was supposed to include exfoliation hot towel or wax dip on top of the other included things like a massage from a regular manicure. I didn’t get any of those. No massage. No hot towel, no wax dip, no exfoliation. Not even lotion or cuticle oil. So I paid extra money for a service they don’t even provide. I feel that if I had this experience then other clients might be paying for services they’re not getting either. I received a how did we do email in which I stated these grievances but no one ever got back to me after two weeks. So I guess they don’t really care or maybe check the responses from the website. Love the cat. But I would book at Studio K if you want to get your nails done."
