"I really enjoy watching movies here. But I don't know what's going on with the quality of the popcorn both times I have come here the first time the popcorn was stale. I didn't complain. This last time I went to see Alien Romulus and my popcorn was stale again . For the prices we pay for it can the popcorn at least be fresh thank you from a loyal customer and fan of regal please correct this problem ASAP ."
"Just boycott this movie theatre. I took my 18 year old daughter and 17 year old and they would not let the younger daughter into movie. They said the curfew was 6pm and the movie started at 6:15pm are you kidding me. We will take our business to other theatre and everyone else should do the same. Young kids need to stop going to this theatre and just go to another what a shame!"
"I went to see the movie Twisters here and it was a great movie but that was the only great part. When we tried to enter there were security guards telling other guests that were 16 and had bought tickets ahead of time that there was a curfew and they couldn't see any movies past 6pm which is stupid. He also needed to see our online tickets and he told us how to access them but he told us the complete wrong thing and it took almost 10 minutes so we almost missed the movie. The food was just normal Regal food and expensive like at all Regals. The actual theater was really bad too. In most theaters you have space, the chairs recline and more. In this theater, the chairs didn't recline and the cushioning wasn't even that soft. It was like seats in a basketball stadium because you had no space between the row in front of you, you, and behind you. They had a big screen but they didn't even fully turn the lights of kind of ruining the experience. The movie was great but the theater was not. DO NOT GO HERE."
"First bad experience, eh it happens. Second, meh. Third? Now we've got a pattern. This was my third time here and I'm not holding out hope for a fourth. Ticket prices have gone up and the experience has gone down. Sound and screen issues seem to plague this place, and I know the employees aren't paid to babysit, but it's absolutely insane that attendees can come and talk/scroll on phones, hand their kids iPads with no headphone and just generally be obnoxious to an entire room of people, especially after complaints, unimpeded. No policy for disruptive people makes this place an absolute frustration for anyone who actually wants to be there. Plenty of theaters have at least something in place. Too many glaring and obvious issues are being overlooked here. Very disappointing as someone who loves theaters. I won't be back to this location."
"Not bad! Opened up a little later than I would have liked (my show was scheduled for 10:30, operations didn’t really begin till like 10:27) but Regal’s pre-show ads as of recent run for like 10 minutes past the listed showtimes so it didn’t scathe me. Staff was attentive and one employee who I take is a manager let me in the lobby early to chill in the arcade while they readied the concession stand for opening (I didn’t win anything from those rigged claw machines though. Sad). Nice aesthetic to the place, has two floors (although, shocker shocker, the upper one isn’t open to the public… probably just for booth access for the staff). Kind of an interesting location too, you drive up a hill and it’s not surrounded by any immediately adjacent spots of consumerism so it’s just kinda… there. Which is fascinating. Movie looked and sounded pretty solid in Auditorium 12, I think lamp life was starting to wear out but the image overall was sharp and clean and the surround speakers were fully audible and balanced. Would not object to returning."
