"Had a fire at my home and no one has reached out to me. The Regional Manager Sharon Ptak is the manager and I haven’t heard anything from her. I can’t even get my things out the apartment because it’s boarded up because someone set My apartment on fire and I was in the hospital for a week. These are very unethical tactics."

"Its sad when the people over your apartment management cant even help you im on day 7 of a squirrel being in my apartment and no one has called me back yet . The Foam they inserted yesterday the squirrel ate right through it and i was laying down turned around the squirrel was in my face."

"Well I have been here at Bower Hill 3 for 14 months now. And I consider it a very good place to live! I thoroughly enjoyed the pool this summer even though I broke my foot in June LOL. Now I have to get up off of the couch and get down to that exercise room and get back to exercising!"

"Currently dealing with the landlord Walter (Alcoma on the green) who has threatened to change my locks illegally (I have the voicemail as proof). There is an existing no eviction order and there as been no order to go into my unit and as of yesterday I was informed my things were being removed. I contacted the magistrate who instructed me to call the police. Stay away from this property if possible. The management is a joke. Sewage smells invade the entire first floor and sometimes the first floor units and the basement. They currently have added air fresheners but clearly you cant cover up sewage! Rose may have been a thief but at lest she kept that building in better condition! If any of my things are stolen, misplaced and/or damaged i will file a civil lawsuit. Im sure you know who i am :)"
