"Slow slow slow. Employees are untrained. Worst pharmacy experience ever."

"I called specifically to see if my script was ready since I was driving 25 miles (a life saving medication). I was told yes, so I made the stop during my lunch break. When I pulled in, I was informed that it was NOT ready, and that I could come back in 4 hours when it should come in. I told them I had made the call prior to coming so I knew for sure it would be ready to pick up. All they said was our shipment doesn't come in until 2. That's no help to me. I called the fort gratiot location and they said they had it, but it would be 90 mins. All the port huron location had to do was say they didn't have it, I wouldn't have made the trip.. very disappointing."

"Was not informed that you don't get a paper receipt without asking. Now I am out $190 for test strips. I can't submit to my insurance now. I only came here in the first place because Sam's pharmacy was out lunch. I should have waited there"

"The overall store is fine and the lady I talked to at the pharmacy when I went in was very nice. But when I called regarding my prescription a few days ago, a man answered and proceeded to be disrespectful and judgmental, and then told me my prescription was actually being held at another store. So I went to that other location (about 15 min out of the way from where I live) AND had to wait for them to get back from their lunch break only for them to tell me that it was, after all, at this 10TH st location! So not only was he incredibly rude but he also sent me out of my way for something that could’ve easily been prevented since it was in his pharmacy after all. If you’re going to treat your customers so poorly then maybe find a job not working with the public."

"They need more people in the pharmacy, they don’t have two lanes so the driveway is always slow.. try to go in and 9/10 times it’s the same person running drive though and the inside pick up switching from one to the other. You need more people, store is kinda grungy The store staff is always nice, but the staff inside the pharmacy is something else. They’re not friendly, rude and very short. I honestly recommend switching. We have a family of 6 and now have a new pharmacy. I think it’s time for Walgreens to go unfortunately"
