"Horrible and unsafe. Always look at your prescription or ask the Dr. What is being prescribed and compare to the medication they give you. They gave my 8 year old Grandson the wrong medication. Will not be back."
"The pharmacist is a racist. Unless your in her nationality. I realize my Rx is a "controled" substance. Duh! That's way a doctor must write a Rx. And he/office called in the Rx with appreciate protocols. NOPE, still wants to speak to doctor. And she give a excuse" the insurance..." Even when I told her ill pay out of pocket, and our Surgeon approval. Simply a racist. Everytime I get any Rx. 2.2 stars....go somewhere else. Close this store fire this Pharmacist, file a complaint with State regulatory agency that licenses her. AND contact American Civil liberty union ( ACLU )"
"Good luck if you send your prescriptions here. They are absolutely incompetent. I will never go back. I usually go elsewhere, but had a great experience at the Monroe Walgreens pharmacy so I thought this location at West/Telegraph would be convenient and on my way home. A while back, I had stopped in to get some prescriptions filled after a surgery. They asked if we wanted to wait or come back, and said they would be ready in an hour if we had other errands to run. We opted to come back and pick them up in an hour since I was groggy from surgery. It took us closer to two to three hours to return, and when we arrived, the prescriptions were still not ready. Even worse, they told us we would have to wait until tomorrow to get them. No explanation given when we’re told they were supposed to be ready two hours ago. I threw a little fit and got them to fill them, while we waited another 45 minutes to get them. I decided then I would not go back there. Until today. I got a call from a woman who worked there while I was at work. She was in a conversation with someone else when I answered the phone, and sounded like she was giggling through our conversation, but whatever. She said they had my recurring prescription there waiting for me and asked if I still wanted it. I had planned to order it through the mail order program to save a few dollars, but figured if they already had it there for me, I could just hop in and grab it and be out in 5 minutes. Should not have to deal with the problems I had last time since it is already filled, and I’ll do the mail order next time. So I told her, sure, I can come and pick it up today and confirmed the location. I asked what time they closed, and she said 9:00, so I said I would stop on my way home from work today. She confirmed again before I hung up that I would be in before 9:00 today to pick it up, and I said absolutely. Got there around 6:30. No one waiting in the store. 2 people in the drive through. As I’m waiting for them, I overhear one of the guys working behind the counter talking to someone about their prescriptions and he could not pronounce their medications. How do you become a pharmacist and not learn how to pronounce medication names, or at least be able to read well enough to sound them out? But I digress. A few minutes later, a woman asked my birthdate and name and looks me up. She says, they do not have anything for me, and asks what am I expecting. I tell her, and she says, “oh it has been over ten days, we put that back. We would have to reopen it for you and get it again”. I said, impossible, someone literally just called me from there a few hours ago and said it was ready and I told her I would be there today before 9. After a little back and forth told them to just cancel it and I will go elsewhere where the employees are actually competent."
"People need their drugs to breathe and live, start taking you job serious Walgreens!!!! I was recently forced to use Walgreens by my insurance company, it has been nothing but a horrible experience. I used my small in town pharmacy for 30 years without issues. I've been using these clowns for 3 weeks and have had numerous issues with my prescriptions, usually I get a text for days saying theyre waiting for my prescription to come in, since I've gone down there in person twice now and they've "found it on the shelf" I have lost all trust in their ability. Letting people suffer because your lazy is criminal"
"I’ve used Walgreens on and off for 30 plus years. This one near my home is horrible. Theirs an Arabic pharmacist who thinks she knows more than my doctor. ALWAYS AND I MEAN ALWAYS has some issue filling scripts for me. Like she gets a kick out of her little power trip. She needs to be fired for simply how she treats her customers. Listen some people need their meds and not everyone is selling them on the corner or whatever you think . Someone please send her a husband or wife to get her to settle down."
