"Dr was excellent. The check-in was challenging. In the store a week before the appointment, they said they accepted my insurance, then I got a text telling me I owed another $39 for a comprehensive exam. Lastly when I arrived for the appointment, they told me the cost was now $40. They need to honor their pricing and communicate clearly."

"This was my first time at the eye facility. Kyle, the technician, was an absolute pleasure! He was very patient with me and he walked me through the entire process of the exam. I feel lucky to have had him for the initial process. I also noticed hw thoroughly He cleaned each machine before use! That means a lot to me! Dr. Baptiste was also amazing! I will return!"

This was one of the best eye exams I have had. I was unaware how much my vision has changed over a couple years until my doctor compared my old prescription to my new one.
