"I'm very surprised at the unprofessional behavior that took place at this pharmacy today. Jim the pharmacist and Marcia the pharmacy tech is by far the most rudest and unprofessional staff I have ever encountered at any pharmacy. Marcia attitude and how she handles customers is unbelievable she doesn't like to do any extra work and when asked to do so she gets very upset but it's part of her job she is dealing with customers that are sick and disabled and she doesn't care the attitude that she displays is unacceptable and I'm surprised that Walgreens would have employees like her working and representing their company. Far as Jim the pharmacist he doesn't listen to customers he just tells you that it's doesn't matter if you call and complain it want matter because it will come back to him he is very rude and unprofessional they make mistakes and then turn around and act like it's your fault. He takes up for Marcia and Jim gets very loud and goes back in forth with you in front of other customers because he doesn't really want me to report them to corporate. Jim the pharmacist thens try to apologize to me for the behavior of his staff Marcia behavior and I told him that's not how it works I have every right to contact corporate rather he agrees with my decision or not. Cameras need to be looked at by corporate so they can see the behavior of the pharmacist Jim he was out of control and he than begin to fabricate things by saying I will just tell corporate you was disrespectful well that's not true I asked him in what way because I'm calling you and Marcia out on your unacceptable unprofessional and distasteful behavior this location pharmacy seriously needs new staff members that actually want to work and display great customer service to walgreens customers."

"I went there with offer code 25mobile, the manager over there, her name is Jennifer she declined the code. I got it from your Walgreen app and she was really mean.. not good experience at all!! Don’t go there for help because they will not help you!!"
"I recently visited the Walgreens pharmacy and was disappointed with the slow service and poor communication from the pharmacy tech. Despite my medication being ready, it took an inordinate amount of time to locate it, and I was given conflicting information about the wait time for another prescription. The pharmacy tech seemed overwhelmed and offered little apology or solution, simply stating that they were short-staffed and busy. While I understand that staffing issues can be a challenge, it's essential to prioritize customer service and communication. Unfortunately, this experience fell short of my expectations, and I would caution others to expect similar issues. Pros:None Cons:Slow service, poor communication, unfriendly staff Suggestions for improvement:Provide better training for pharmacy techs on customer service and time management, ensure adequate staffing to meet customer demand, and prioritize communication and empathy in customer interactions."
