"They decided to turn away my crying niece who did end up having a double ear infection because they close in 10 minutes. UNETHICAL!! They were rude and gave no apology. I’m calling to complain as I’m typing this and have been on hold for HOURS! This place is a joke and has been reported to the BBB. Save yourself the headache and find another place to go."
"Ran my granddaughter in with a sudden severe earache and they wouldn’t see her even though she was in tears. Granted they were closing in 10 minutes but… they were still open. The CNP’s response was just “We’re done for the day.” No sorry. Nothing."
"An hour wait with 2 people ahead of me. Then the PA went to lunch so I would've had to wait another hour. I left and went to Ohio Health Urgent Care in Reynoldsburg and was checked in and treated within 15 mins. Minute Clinic is a good concept but the execution needs serious work."
"Hours close at 8pm. I walked in at 7:36 and was asked to be seen for an ear infection. Super simple. The doctor finally came out 6 minutes before close but said I still couldn’t be seen. Might as well say your hours are 7:30 since you don’t see anyone after. The doctor was unbelievably rude."
