"My appointment was scheduled for 2pm; I was told to be there a half hour early. I had to wait an hour and a half in the waiting room before I got in to a room. The assistant that took me to the room was not very nice. I was just going there to schedule my Thyroid surgery; that was all I was referred there for. Once I got into the room, the assistant said I HAD to have a scope in my nose and down my throat to look at my thyroid because "the doctor does it to everyone." I told the assistant I was not comfortable doing that and that I was just there to schedule an appointment. She ignored me and started spraying the mistery fluid into my nose. I repeatedly told her to stop, which she ignored. Afterward, when the doctor pulled the scope out, my right ear immediately started burning and the mystery fluid started leaking out of my ear. I told the doctor that me ear was hurting and she completely ignored what I said and didn't even come look at it. My ear and throat are still hurting 6 hours later!"
