They do not return calls promptly and they make up a lot of excuses. If you have a choice between equipment companies don’t choose this one you’ll regret it, I would never recommend this company to anyone."

"The worst medical company I ever dealt with lost my order when they found it it was like 4 months later they called me my insurance laps and they wanted me to pay $150 for a knee brace when I can get it from A. When I had insurance they could have shipped it then. Now here we're at another dilemma. Another knee brace being ordered. They lost the order call my family doctor again. They said another fax over and they don't have neither order. Not the one from February or the one from April how does this company ever stay in business? They want the fax number I sent it to. It wasn't me to send it to them. It was the doctor's office. Why the idiot at that place if I was you like me I'm going elsewhere. Bye. See you so long. Don't waste your time there. You ain't going to get no satisfaction"

"If I could give them a 0 I would….2 weeks ago we spoke to a Respiratory Therapist regarding my husband’s C Pap mask, he is having a problem with it staying connected to the hose. He switched to a full face mask well the therapist said she will send him a new adapter, I just got off the phone with the ordering department and the therapist put it in my husband’s notes but never forwarded it to the order department…I have never dealt with such incompetent people in my life. This MedCare needs looked into for their services because someone could die from their incompetence."

"Horrible experience with the reorder agent on Sunday April 7th in the afternoon. Short of begging to have it overnighted on Monday the lady said that I would have to have an E sign document by me email back to them in order to have it overnighted. I never received the email. By Wednesday have not received the device part I asked what the situation was and they said they were working on it, I still don't have the hose. Now they tell me that'll have to be next week and they see that the order is in the system, but never sent. I could use another device or another ordering system. System is deplorable to say the least."

"DO NOT GIVE THEM CREDIT CARD INFORMATION ---The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. I had to give them a credit card to get my cpap replaced. In May 2023 I had to pay $415.00 to order the machine and hit my deductible. They told me that the insurance would pay the balance. In January they started charging my credit card. They sent me an invoice via email with no explanation. I called them and had to leave a message. I received a call back 7 days later and she said it was for the Cpap rental. I explained that my deductible was met and that machine was to be paid off by my insurance company (UPMC). She said that my insurance was paying the rent, but now its a new year so I am being charged again until the year rental is over. She also said she would remove the autopay as I requested and today they charged me again. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY"
