"I have seen Dr. Matt Straka 9 years ago for the first time and he was great. I had to see him a few times since then and every time I had a pleasant experience. He listened to my concerns, addressed and fixed my issues and answered my questions. I would definitely recommend him. Appointment was easy to set. Staff at the West Penn was very nice. Sometimes you might have to wait a little to be taken in, but that's pretty much the case with any doctor's office. I don't mind waiting if needed because I want to be seen by him and no one else."

"I took my child to Dr. Straka and did not have a good experience with this office. Multiple appointments were cancelled by the office, which I understand as emergencies come up, but the office would be unable to re-schedule the appointment until months later from the original appointment date. This unfortunately happened multiple times. The receptionist was also extremely rude when I expressed concern over the timeline for re-scheduling the appointment. The doctor is fine, but not worth dealing with the rude office staff and poorly managed scheduling."

"straka did not seem like he wanted to be at work. He is not a warm person he needs to work on his bedside manners. It’s funny I recommended him to my mother and when she came home she said the same thing. I don’t think he is a people person. Staff was super nice especially the receptionist."
