"I have been to Krafft 8 a few times, but I have never seen any conditions of a movie theater like what I just saw. We were in theater 5. Every seat was literally falling apart, to the point where foam was coming out. There was a moldy damp smell wafting throughout the theater. I paid $20 dollars for a good movie experience and this was a terrible experience. Your establishment ruined my date night with my fiance."
"Theater had the aesthetic of a basement, complete with sheared and torn fabric seats stained beyond recognition and an overwhelming odor of mildew and dampness. Didn't get a refund for the $60+ in concessions, but surely saved money by avoiding a respiratory infection. In Response to Kraffts comment - I assure you there is nothing staff alone can do to address the state of theater 7 (and yes, my first comment for the manager was, "Have you been in there?") Need some serious upholstery replacement and thorough cleaning from a commercial service, clearly some moisture/flooding/leaking/ventilation issues that were not or have yet to be addressed."
"The only reason I gave it two stars is because the people working there are nice and polite, besides that I wouldn’t have gave but one star. The bathrooms are filthy the floors in the whole place are dirty. The movie theater chairs are all tore up., And literally everything is overpriced!"
"I like this theater, but they need to do a little maintenance on some parts of it. The seats look worn out, and it can be very off-putting. There was a really bright light coming from the area inside the door you walk through to enter the theater, and it was really annoying. We were trying to watch a horror movie, and it was like trying to have a bonfire while the neighbor you hate let's their outside light beam into your yard."
"Dirty, ripped seats most seats don't even work the snacks and food are absolutely gross and bottom dollar quality. Dang near 5 bucks for microwave got dog with a rock hard bun and the nastiest hot pretzel ive ever had only place ever that doesnt put salt on it too. Took my kids there for the last time today after kids didn't get their candy and they acted like we were trying to hustle them in there 1star establishment definitely will not ever go back id rather the extra time and take a 50 minute drive to chesterfield or a 45 mins to Sperry for far better quality everything"
