"Great service"

"This place has gone downhill. They no longer offer automatic refills. On top of that, their customer service is absolutely atrocious. You will call in one day to have one of your medications refilled. They will reply that you have no more refills. So they say that they're going to send in a notice to your doctor. 3 to 4 days will pass, and you still don't hear anything back from the pharmacy. You call the pharmacy, and they still say they haven't heard from the doctors about the medication. Then I called the doctors, and they said that they haven't had anything in their computer system from the specialty pharmacy for a request for said medication. I know this is not my doctor's fault, because I can call my doctors and they can immediately get it filled for me. But for some reason, the specialty pharmacy has issues getting this fulfilled for their customers. I wouldn't recommend this place for anyone who absolutely needs their medication. If you've had an organ transplant, or you have cancer or have any serious medical issues and you need those medications. I wouldn't go through here. It's wonderful having your medications delivered to your doorstep. But not if you have to go 5 days without having very important medications."
