Tibbits Opera House

"7/11/24, RENT, Show 1. What a great day this made for me!!!! For 18 months I've been wanting to visit this opera house!! And what an awesome space it was when I finally made it to town!!! As a Historical Theatre operator myself, I would love to see the inner workings of this unique piece of Michigan history, but this day, I got the experience of a patron!! A couple years ago, you would have never seen me at a musical...Tibbits presented my 3rd (all 3 in this year), and let me tell ya, the atmosphere and performance had me in tears from Angels death on!! It touched me deeply. Historical landmarks are something we should ALL experience at least once, and to some of us, we'll find our calling, Tibbits Opera House offers a magnificent place to get such an experience. One day, I shall return...but until then, show some love until I get back for me, please!! Cheers!!"
