"Thank you Josh! I bought tickets for the wrong day and sent an email saying as much. I received a reply the day with a link for the date/time we needed. I sent a reply and received a phone call to confirm the order and complete payment. The other date/time was a bit more expensive."

"DO NOT BUY!!!! This was the only option I saw when purchasing Hamilton tickets. The subway broke down when I was trying to get to the show (10 minute ride and I was 1.5 hours early getting on) and a Lyft would have taken til halfway through the show. I reached out via email to explain the situation and they refused to refund or apply a credit toward a new ticket. Since I was only in New York for a few days, I bought a ticket for the next day. During that show, the staff were pushy and rude. Another lady had to force them to let a pregnant woman use the accessible stall. Many of us missed a good 15-30 minutes of the show because they couldn’t figure out how to stagger bathrooms. When I returned to the theatre, a woman put her hands on me and tried to SHOVE ME OUT OF MY SEAT. I repeat: A WOMAN PHYSICALLY ASSAULTED ME AT THIS SHOW. When I alerted staff, they did nothing. I asked for a refund again when I got home because I ended up paying over $600 to see a show one time. They refused and when I brought up the woman shoving me, they stopped responding to my emails. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! BUY DIRECTLY FROM THE SHOW YOU WANT TO SEE! IF THIS IS THE ONLY OPTION, CHOOSE ANOTHER SHOW!"

"I sure wish I read the reviews before buying tickets through Broadway Direct. The customer service is horrible. It’s just like previous reviews noted - the exchange policy is rigid and inflexible. My daughter has Covid so we could not attend a show. They gave me very little time to respond with NO consideration that I was taking care of her all day and didn’t have time to respond! They actually responded to my email requesting an extension with timestamps giving no consideration to the Covid diagnosis! You can’t get anyone on the phone! Customer service can hide behind emails like IT people! Never again. Use another company to buy your Broadway tickets!!!"

"Due to a scheduling issue I was not able to attend the show I had purchased tickets for. This was my daughter's first Broadway show. I spoke with customer service numerous times via email in regards to past dated tickets. I was advised that none were available and to check back, which I did several times. After arriving in NYC I continued to follow up with customer service, because they apparently will not reach out to you. I understand past dated tickets are a courtesy, but they never seemed available. I was ultimately given dates that the box office knew was not feasible for me as I was only in NYC for the week. On the day of the show I requested past dated tickets for, I saw numerous seats available and I was able to purchase tickets (again), which was not an easy cost to bear, but I promised my family a Broadway show. At the show there were numerous sections of empty seating which could have been provided under the past dated ticket policy. Their courtesy doesn't exist nor do I believe that they ever had or would help a customer under these circumstances."
