"A lot more meal and dessert options than I expected. Had a 4-way bean which was good. Different from the Gold Star and Skyline chilli's I've had before, but in my opinion, if you're comparing, leaned more toward a Gold Star. Will go back and get one of the many sandwich offerings. Plenty of parking in a plaza lot."
"Had an event at the theatre in June 2, 2024. The theatre was beautiful first of all! Breathtaking even. I very much enjoyed looking at all the architectural details both inside and out. Unfortunately I have mobility issues and walk with a cane. I also need a railing or something to hold if there are variations in the ground, steps, slopes etc. We had purchased VIP tickets to avoid the lines, get early entry, to avoid getting jostled by the crowd and better seats. We picked up our will call ticket in an outer lobby and were told we would need to go to the end of the line of all attendees and wait until doors opened in an hour. The line snaked around the building and we had early entry. I expressed confusion and was rudely told by two staff to go to the end of the line. I found someone who appeared to be in charge and explained my mobility issues and that I could not stand for over an hour. I asked if I could sit in the outer lobby. She rolled her eyes, said nothing to me but appeared with a chair and said go outside through security first. I tried to thank her but she quickly walked away. I went outside to security and they told me to go to the end of the line! I explained what just happened and they sent someone in to check if this was true. Grumbling the whole time they did the security check. Once inside the theatre the disorganization was stunning. I was pushed and shoved repeatedly because there were no delineations between merch line, beverage line and line to get inside the theatre. Again the place was beautiful but obviously they had no ability to recognize difficulties for someone with a disability and organization of the lobby area for anyone was a nightmare."
"This is a very nice venue to see a live show. The seats are comfortable, and the staff are all very friendly and helpful."
"Beautiful old theater with a good sound system. The Palace is a great place to see a concert or other show. They have refreshments, which are limited to movie candy type selections, along with a small beverage list. The online ticket ordering system works well, and parking is available in the LaVeque garage behind the theater."
"We have been several times and the atmosphere and architecture of the theatre is amazing. Like being transported back to a time when the details really mattered. It is a great venue. If you know someone who enjoys live performance tickets would be a great gift, or simply yeah yourself. The staff are very helpful and friendly. There is plenty of parking... Just don't wait until the last minute."
