"Why advertise the new seating if you haven’t actually updated all the theaters? Still old stadium seating in the theater that the kids movies play in. My 3 year old could barely keep the seat down and I left with a damp butt because the seats and entire theater was muggy and damp. Would not pay the full price of tickets for these conditions."
"I came here with family, excited for this opening. Overall it is a very clean theatre, the crew was kind & accommodating. But those prices??! & from my experience, it really hasn’t been “upgraded” much. Cheaper option is sadly still AMC. But support your local theatre regardless .."
"Hopefully they'll renovate the place a little more as promised - like actually installing the heated and reclining seats. As far as I could tell nothing has been changed since it was Great Escape, and still has the early 2000's vibe. That being said, the staff was friendly, the place is super clean, the theater seats were comfortable and spacious. However, right now there's nothing about this place that would make it pick it over AMC in Williamsport."
"Went here expecting it to be a more luxury experience like they advertised…it’s just another overpriced Regal. Not a bad place, it’s nice, but sounds pour in from other theaters, AC feels like it doesn’t work, and some staff don’t seem very friendly as others. For the price I was just expecting something a bit more than you’d get at the Wilpo area theater."
"Saw the new seats advertised after reopening, and saw them showing off the new seats in the front of the theater, to our surprise same crusty old seats they’ve always had. The entire middle row was blocked off with a wet floor sign thought that was a little strange. 1/4 way through the movie we see what looks like rain coming from an opening in the ceiling. We can see / hear the water dripping through the entire movie. Was not a great experience. Will not be back."
