"Do you have any rent to own there if so how much for a weekly pay"

"This was a nice place to live when the old owners ran it. Now the rent has gone up and maintenance went down... We've been out of water multiple times over and had to boil water after the last outage. Been noticing a odd taste and slight tint in the water since. The new owners added a third party to handle the metering of the water and sewer. They're a joke. Because of a error I've been charged for 30000 gal. Usage on water bill. Had no leaks no outside water usage or wet spots. Now being forced to pay a $500.00+ bill just to keep from a possible shut off. Some advice for anyone living here or possibly think of moving in. Keep track of you meter readings and check under your home. I've found the pit the meter is in uncovered each month. I had to put the insulation and the cap back on it. Remember winter is coming and now we get to pay the cost if that equipment freezes and breaks."

"I thought it looked like a good place to live. Boy, was I wrong. Cars are getting vandalized and trailers are getting broken into on the regular. This place is full of people that should be in jail. They keep raising the lot rent and garbage and water, every year that I’ve been here. And make no mistake, they own the lot. You’ll never feel safe ‘at home’ on their property."

"Was there a few times really run down trailors...a few nice ones scattered about..lots of people yelling...the one trailor had like 6 flystrips hanging at once...I asked why they didn't take them down..was told there was still more room on the flystrips.."
