"Dr.Rago is cold, rude, insensitive to acute Medical Complex patient visiting in hospital visit and unsafely left in her office alone by ambulance and refuses to talk to advocate family member of patient no ask patient who is helping her with making decisions. Not 1 x did she communicate with family on Diagnosis, Treatment or be able to get any history of 5 months in patient care and counting."
