"Terrible customer service. Had an issue with my first month (December) not being thoroughly explained about year endings. I missed the deadline for my most expensive claims, was offered an opportunity for an appeal in which a decision was made quicker than It took me to find the appropriate documents to send in with the appeal and write a detailed email to accompany the documents, to deny my appeal without reason. I have been a member of this program for 7 months and have had nothing but poor communication from many different departments and not one bill reimbursed to date"
