"I run a non-profit organization located in an area of Columbus that has the highest rate of overdose deaths in Franklin County. Our organization exists to serve our brothers and sisters living in the streets battling addiction. Every day we are open we have the privilege of assisting folks who have decided to leave the streets to begin (or restart) their recovery journey and we dont take that responsibility lightly. Over the last year we assisted hundreds in choosing treatment facilities. While we work with a number of different facilities (approximately 15) there are none better than Landmark. When we suggest a treatment program to our folks it is always based on their individual wants and needs. The most important thing we look for in a program is how have our folks done in these programs. Everyone we referred to Landmark (or any other program) we survey them after they leave or complete the program to get their honest feedback. Treatment is complicated. We can have two people at the same facility at the same time and yet they have different experiences. One might have really liked the program and the other didnt like it. So we look at feedback over time and over a large enough sample to look for trends. Any issues any of our folks have had with Landmark we have communicated these and all of our feedback has been taken into consideration and we felt heard and were comfortable with the result and follow-up. The reason I am leaving this review is many of our folks have done very well here. If you are looking for a program this is a good place to get your recovery journey moving forward."
"The staff are great, from what ive heard the people in there are too. But its taken so long for them to sign the right papers so that me and my family still get money. Our main source of income is the father and since they haven't signed what is needed to keep paying him. Now we are going ti be short on money very soon and they may not be able to sign things until the end of the month. Ontop of this they never answer their calls, and it sends you ti a full voicemail. It can take weeks to deliver messages from either side, and days to get your person things they requested. The system they have sucks. Communication is barely there, and the amount of things they still need to do to make this situation work is very high. I would not recommend this if you have someone who can have emergencies more often, or if your someone is tthe main breadwinner of your home."
"They lost all my clothes. I came to get all my belongings today and all the clothes that were in my room were no longer there. I was in room 112. They lost my journal. They lost my belt. I walked straight through the front doors and called the ambulance on the front desk phone. Nobody even knew I used the phone. Nobody knew I'd left. The ambulance driver wasn't even able to tell them that I had left. I had been complaining about chest pains and tight breathing from withdrawal. I have heart disease they did not follow protocol at all. Easley one star you know what if I can give them less than one star I would. The bag in my photo was stuffed full of clothes it was returned to me with not even half of what was in it. They reimburse me for nothing. They didn't even do a check out checklist to make sure I had the correct objects I left with that I came in with. Which is also protocol they did not follow."
"I’m gonna give 4 stars because this place saved my Sons life. Tremendously! My Sons case manager helped save his life. She totally rocked and reassured my Sons sobriety was everything. Went above and beyond. She checked in with me every Wednesday to make sure I knew my Son was doing great. My Nephew is there as well and she has helped him so much. He is not on her caseload but she helped him so much. She was a hugger he said. They let her go today, meaning fired her. He called me with his therapist and his anxiety was tore up. He said management told her she was slacking on her performance and wasn’t helping the guys. My Son will be leaving Landmark. I have someone finding him a new program. I don’t want him to be behind a program like this. He is extremely disappointed. She was his everything. He struggled so much coming in there. His items were stolen. I replaced them. Drugs were coming thru the window. You need more people like her. So respectful, very family oriented, spiritual, backed Landmark up and apologized profusely for all the things going on in the building and stated management was aware and handling these situations. You people have no idea what you did letting her go. Adria honey you are amazing. Another program would love to have you. One door closes another opens. Thank you for being a part of saving my Son. God Bless you honey!"
"Praxis by Landmark cares about your family members. Listens to their needs. Helps in the recovery process. Shows support in helping them to find the tools and education to start off their recovery in the direction that fits them. We are pleasantly pleased with this facility and their guidance and staff. Although it would be helpful to have some one at the front desk. I couldn’t think of a better facility or staff that didn’t show true interest in the patients. You are truly appreciated! Sincerely"
