"Convenient location and the people working there were friendly. I waited about 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment to go in. It was a little confusing since there are a lot of signs up. You ring the bell on the wall and someone will come out to sign you in. Overall, easy experience. I got my TSA Precheck done and it only took about 10 minutes and got my number emailed to me the next day."

"Start with the good. Jacob and the other guy where fantastic. Made sure I was getting what I actually needed. The bad: the African American chick needs a serious attitude check. There was another lady at the door before me that let me know they were still closed but it was only a couple minutes until nine. That employee came out with all attitude.. hope her day gets better"
