"Dr. Mally is an outstanding physician, let's get that straight. I am unfortunately forced to seek care elsewhere due to the mismanagement of his office. I was told that I had to be seen twice yearly due to PA state law because I have a condition (high blood pressure) for which I am prescribed medication. When I challenged them about the specific details the law, and hypertension monitoring guidelines, I was told by the office manager that it was actually office policy and "medical textbooks" which stated I had to be seen twice yearly. I was then told in no uncertain terms to seek a different medical provider as they would not deviate from seeing me twice a year. This office obviously cares more about money and their own opinion than the concerns of the patient. It's deplorable that an outstanding physican such as Dr. Mally has an office that would rather condescend and lie to you than accommodate you as a patient. The manager told me in no uncertain terms to seek care elsewhere; it's a no-brainer on my part."
