"If I could give zero stars I would. The apartment had bedbugs. The folks they hired never got rid of them, then they blamed us for them. Worst year of our lives. Absolute monsters run this place."

"Imagine moving into hell on earth and paying an outrageous price for it. Where to start. Upon moving in we had no heat, air conditioning, or hot water. It was the beginning of summer. After countless work requests, phone calls, and attempted visits to their office (all the addresses on our lease and their website are actually other rental properties the company owns, no office buildings or real people to contact. Only automated services through the phone) it took us over a month to get the hot water turned on, and that’s after going to the city and putting in a formal complaint. As a matter of fact the day after we got the hot water turned on, the inspector knocked on our door, ready to condemn the building for lack of amenities. Air conditioner? They fixed it mid July, two months after we moved in. It broke two weeks later and still isn’t working. It gets so hot it is essentially unlivable.Trash pickup isn’t regular, and half the time the parking lot (and some residents front porches) become a giant landfill. The outlets in Our bedroom only work sometimes. It’s crazy this is even allowed to continue happen"

"They charge first month last month and security deposit. They charge $200 for washer dryer fee even though they said it came with the apartment. They charge $65/month for trash fees. bugs. Doors rotting. Can’t get a hold of owners."

"Deserves a 0 star review. Rented from them for 3 years and have nothing good to say. During those 3 years we endured an apartment that is definitely filled with mold, 2 water pipe breaks (same pipe both times, maintenance is very cheap on repairs) that destroyed almost all of our belongings on 1st and 2nd floor, a broken dishwasher for over a month, a broken dryer, and NO HEAT during the winter for a month. Maintenance takes forever to respond, the company never answers phone and takes a month to reply to email. Also took them over a month to send out security deposit, because they forgot. WORST COMPANY EVER. I’ve never dealt with this much incompetence. I would suggest avoiding this company/apartment complex. Those that are still there, good luck."

"Nothing but a very bad experience living here. Landlord doesn’t ever get back to you. Fridge has broken twice, laundry broken 3 times, our dishwasher has been broken 2 times and we moved in may 2020. You should see the pics of the 250 worth of rotten food in our fridge after they told us it was “fixed.” Every time something goes wrong and breaks we don’t see maintenance guy for at least a week after posting our request to their “24 hour maintenance line.” Do not ever rent from these people."
