"I live in the newer park. When the original owner moved to Florida, a corporation called Continental Community bought the parks. Now I have to smell the sewage from the transfer station that is suppose to send the waste to the main sewage plant. It has overflowed on several occasions, dumping the sewage waste into the creek. This creek passes by several farms on the way to lake! There has not been fresh water for drinking in almost two months. Many of my friends have moved out because of the hike in rent. There are homes that one can buy for what these people charge."

"I have been here 31 years, started at 85$ a month, and increased every year now at 358$ a month (that's a house payment), water that is not safe to drink , have to buy water to drink and cook with, maintain my yard. And in the winter get plowed in and it takes hours sometimes to dig yourself out to go to work."

"It is a very nice and well maintained trailer park. They do make tenants mow every week and keep their lot's nice and upkept. I do think lot rent is a little high here especially when you have other bills to pay."
