"I was there for my pre-employment drug test and Brian, the owner, is just awesome. I have done countless drug testing for the last 13 years and endless waiting, lack of instructions, unprofessional services were kind of default for the most facilities I visited in Northern VA area. I walked in without the appointment but Brian welcomed me at the front door with such a kind tone. So dumb me- I peed too much before I visited so I did not have enough urine to fill required amount. This never happened to me. Brian thoroughly explained what happens next and what the options are. I provided me water bottles and made the situation comfortable so I don't feel too guilty. What I loved about this facility: 1. Location - Actual drug testing lab specializing these kind of services in Centreville! No more driving to Manassas, Fairfax, Herndon, or any urgent care centers. Such a convenient location! 2. NO WAITING - Brian ensures that he is aware there's patients waiting and try to provide the service ASAP. To compare, a lot of other facilities do not care how long you have been waiting for. 3. Friendly AND Professional Service- As mentioned above, I went there unprepared. I did not pee enough. It could have been a frustrating situation for Brian but he thoroughly went through the process and what the next steps would be. He provided me 4-5 tiny bottles of water and made sure I do not feel guilty. He was super friendly and professional throughout the entire 2 hours of me waiting for my next urine test. The experience was 20/10. I never had a pleasant visit for the drug testing but my visit to the Centreville lab was amazing! I highly (x100) recommend!"
