"The lab has been non-functional for 2 weeks. If anything is needed urgently, it won’t be happening. As if that wasn’t enough the communication trying to figure out a way forward was difficult/non existent. I would not recommend this lab this has been the worst lab experience in my career and I feel terrible for the patients."

"After a patient had difficulty reaching them, I called on her behalf. I conveyed the information, and it sounded like my patient would get a call to schedule the home lab draw. It never did. My patient did not get a call, so I called again, and again was told my patient would get a call to schedule. A week later the patient lets me know that no one called her, I called the lab again, yesterday, and spoke to Nicole. Was told one of the phlebotomist would call the patient. Again no phone call to my patient. Customer service is a valuable component of health care."

"The front desk staff is polite and pleasant. The manager is a different story. Got upset with me because she couldn't understand me under the mask. Then she couldn't spell the test I needed and said she had never heard of it. Don't use them for any REAL medical lab tests. This is a sweat shop for COVID tests. When I went to Bay Health to get the test the lady told my they don't even deal with them. As long as I have other options I don't think I'll be going back, EVER!"

"Three times now I,ve arrived before 5 PM to get bloodwork completed and they have been closed. I called several times to inquire of their hours and they always say they close at 5, two times they knew I was coming and the last time I had an appointment. When I got there at 4:34, they had a closed sign up, the lights were off and the door was locked. I only gave 2 stars instead of 1 because in the past they were always a good lab, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Can’t believe the sharp decline in customer service. The beginning of the end is when businesses fail to honor their operating hours. Very sad!"
