"Great staff from my personal experience!! I had to get four of my wisdom teeth out and the procedure went very smoothly. As someone who has of bit of odontophobia the doctor really made me feel like I didn’t have to worry about anything.My only complaint is that the waiting area is somewhat small so at times the place can get a little crowded but over a good place."

"Over the phone I was told that surgery would happen the same day after consultation. When I went there, the waiting room was packed with 12-15 people waiting for a consultation. I was told that I might have to come back for the surgery but that it was up to the doctor to determine whether he could do the procedure after he saw me and they didn’t know. Obviously it wouldn’t happen the same day when you overbook your appointments! If this quack thinks his time is more valuable than his patients, I’ll take my business elsewhere. There is no excuse to lie to get you in the door, and then treat patients like they are sacks of potatoes."

"I had my bottom two wisdom teeth extracted here and am very satisfied with the results! It was extremely easy getting a consultation (I dropped by early in the week when they weren't as busy) and then called the following day to set up an appointment for the actual surgery. My surgery wasn't for a couple months out from when my consult date was so keep that in mind - this place is booked and for good reason. I was a little nervous the day of as I've never been put to sleep with IV anesthesia but it went smoothly - recovery was a little rough for me the first week and you're definitely miserable at the time, but the second week was fine (it might vary from person to person tbh. Just follow the post-surgery instructions they give you and you should be good). My only con is the waiting area is teeny tiny - I went in for my follow-up earlier and it was extremely packed/busy. It's expected though as they typically only schedule consultations in the afternoons. It's probably best to go in earlier in the week if you need a consult and pro tip: fill out the new patient forms online right before you go! Overall, would definitely recommend this place! :) Dr. Del Valle, his team, and front desk staff are all very kind and knowledgeable! If I ever have to extract my top two wisdom teeth, I'll definitely be coming back."
