"What a joke! Can't believe all the good reviews! Go elsewhere! Their voicemail system says: For new patients the wait for new appointment will be up to 6 months and If interested to leave a message that will be returned within 48 hours. I left 2 voicemails trying to get on that list willing to wait 6 months because I was reading all the recommendations on next door. NOONE ever called back! I get they are so busy they don't care about new business, but it just goes to show their customer service sucks. There are plenty more dermatologists around, the ones who will actually pick up the phone. These people at AboutSkin Dermatology must be way too entitled!"
