"I’ve only been to this Citizens for work while the closest Citizens to us is being remodeled. The newly remodeled Citizens in Sewickley is beautiful. The tellers are always friendly and they have a feee parking lot shared with Sherwin Williams. If you’re in the area and have to go to a Citizens physically (as I do almost every day), this is a nice one."

"I went in to the bank today and Brenda Parr was very helpful!!! She answered all my questions and didn't get frustrated when I didn't understand her response or couldn't hear through the masks and glass. She even helped me out with my son's savings account and gave me information that another bank had misinformed me on. I think this is going to be the main branch I go to from now on."

When I arrived only two employees were there and I was told it would only take "a few minutes" for our action. It took 45 minutes and we were made late for another appointment. E.
