"PLEASE NOTE: Dr. Ibrahim and the nurses are amazing so this review is not a reflection on them whatsoever. For them, I give 5 stars. This review is specifically about the women who check patients in and out as they have some MAJOR issues that need to be addressed immediately. First, the blonde lady needs to understand basic patient privacy best practices, because literally yelling someone's personally identifiable information is unacceptable. There are so many other ways to confirm someone's information without undermining patient privacy. Additionally, the curly red-haired lady needs a MAJOR attitude adjustment to put it as lightly as possible. Every single time I went in for an appointment over the past year, I always got such a nasty attitude from her even though I've only ever treated her with politeness and respect. Even today when checking out, the same redhaired lady printed off my appointment sheet and silently handed it to me without asking whether that future appointment date would work for me, and when I politely asked her to re-schedule me for an earlier date, she let out this big sigh and got very short with me. If she can't bother to do the barest of minimums and treat patients with basic respect and decency, then why is she working there?"
