"The photos were taken at Federal Trade Commission. The Federal Trade Commission works to prevent fraudulent, deceptive, and unfair business practices. They also provide information to help consumers spot, stop, and avoid scams and fraud."
"As I strolled by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) in DC on a bustling weekday, its impressive architecture caught my eye. The focal point, a striking statue of a horse being tamed, conveyed a powerful metaphor of the FTC's role in curbing unfair business practices and protecting consumers. The inscription "The Heritage of the past is the seed that brings forth the harvest of the future" etched on the building's façade resonated deeply with the FTC's mission. It served as a poignant reminder of the agency's dedication to drawing wisdom from history to sow the seeds of a fair and prosperous future for all. The FTC's presence symbolized the critical role it plays in safeguarding free markets, promoting competition, and ensuring consumer rights. As I paused to admire this landmark, I felt a sense of assurance that this institution remains vigilant in upholding the values of fairness and integrity that have been woven into the fabric of America's economic landscape. The FTC's legacy stands tall as a pillar of protection for both consumers and businesses, affirming its commitment to nurturing a landscape where innovation and justice can thrive hand in hand."
"Good news for COINBASE hack victims . There’s been lots of new coinbase developments over the past few months . The newly launched " Scam Victim Recovery " support telegram group backed by FTC, dedicated to fraud/scam and hack victims is one of such and was very helpful in my colleague’s case. The purpose of the group is to help reduce fraud, demystify counterparty risk, and help flag AML risks with sophisticated risk scores and alerts. Glad these hacktivist team are taking steps to help coinbase and other victims. Colleague was able to recover asset worth $2,197,700 stolen through via hack. The investigation team in conjunction with independent whitehat hacker ROYALBLADEWORKS ( at DUCK. Com or search @Royalbladeworks on Telegram or instagram) went above and beyond tracing ad recovering multiple fraudulent crypto theft."
