"POOL CLOSED FOR SUMMER! BEWARE! This info not visible on most booking sites, but plenty visible when you arrive suit in hand! Not sure why it was closed. Clerk said it was just shocked, but sign said down for maintenance.. Appeared blue and pumps running, but result was the same. Room was a little musty, but mostly clean. No bugs. Bed ok."

"All suites are smoking rooms and not discloed until arriving at room due to smell and ash trays in the room. We requested a non-smoking suite for a soccer tournament. Only available room to switch to was a queen with pullout couch that had springs sticking out of the matress. Staff refused to discount room from original suite cost and stated since I was switched to the smaller room I would have to be charged first night after requesting a full refund and we ended up switching to a nearby Marriott in York. Charged my card for the entire weekend. Now dealing with a manager and disputing the card on my credit card. Worst hotel experience ever."
