"Was going to give them a five till today 8/18/24: sorry to hear they are closing but we’ve been lied too: hours are 12-6 pm on Sunday it was 5:23 pm or so we got their the doors were locked: I asked to take pictures of our stuff and I did they let me in: the guy with a pregnant woman and a daughter was in their running all over people’s rug’s they purchased and furniture but he made a comment to us about our kids that was in our chair we bought: very rude guy: then the pregnant woman came up and hit me and got in my space: Skylar is the only name we have which is the weekend before when he was in their by himself doing it all would of been a 5: if I could I would give a 0: I called the Heath police and should of pressed charges: was told on 8/10/25 they were open till 8/25/24 6 pm to get our stuff now they are saying they might close sooner but no phone call or no text or email to tell anyone that bought their items to go pick them up sooner: my husband works Monday through Friday and I’m working Saturday: lied to us again as how long it pick up our items so how can we get our items we bought: the store doesn’t even say closing on it"

"Purchased a sofa online for delivery on Friday, paid the delivery fee and set it up to be delivered on Saturday . Waited for confirmation email for 2 hours and did not receive one, so I decided to call the store. Was told that they no longer are able to deliver from Heath store that a Columbus store has to deliver it and they only deliver Tuesdays and Thursdays. Was asked if Tuesday worked I told them that it would have to. Roll around to Tuesday I call to make sure I’m still scheduled for delivery and they stated that delivery has been cancelled and the other store was suppose to call. My phone has not went off at all … decided to just cancel my order as they said Thursday will be next delivery day . Now I have to wait 2-5 business days for my money to be refunded to even find another sofa ."

"We purchased a recliner in November of 2023. That was approximately 2 months ago. The chair is terrible. The foam in footrest has moved so all your legs feel is wood. Now the handle on side won't work to recline it. I know that it wasn't a high end chair but it shouldn't be this bad in 2 months. I will never shop there again."
