"I've been living in this apartment for a while now, and overall, I really like it here. The place is great value for money. The facilities are excellent, and the interior is top-quality—everything feels well-designed and luxurious. The apartment has all the essentials you need, with nothing really lacking. Clarence, the manager, is always willing to help with any issue, and I truly appreciate all the assistance he's provided during my time here. However, there is one downside that’s been a significant issue for me—the noise from the garbage truck that comes around 3 AM, and it's a violation of the city noise ordinance. It wakes me up every single time, and it's even louder than a false alarm, which rarely happens but the office immediately apologizes for it. This is the only reason I'm concerned about staying here, and I really hope this situation can be improved. Despite this, I still think the apartment is a great place to live, especially if you value quality living, a great location, and excellent facilities."
"I was a little hesitant to sign a lease here after seeing some reviews, but now that I’ve officially been a resident for a lengthy period of time, I can confidently say that I will be around for a while. I work from home 5 days a week and I love the option to use the common area that is a huge, open space. You can work independently at your own private table, or you can join a few folks and hang out in a group setting while working. On a snowy day, I like to walk down in my slippers, pour a free coffee, and start my day. For me, it’s comforting just to see people around somedays. Working from home living alone 5 days a week can be lonely and pretty torturous at times. The gym is more than ideal. I start my weekends on a peloton thanks to this place. It’s all brand new equipment and kept incredibly clean. Thank goodness for the gym because I find myself in the snack section that’s offered to residents on nights I need something sweet. Anytime I’ve needed something, management comes to the rescue pretty quickly. Thats helpful to a person who moved in from out of town and doesn’t have family to ask for help. It’s a big building with a lot of people, so I really appreciate it. The convenience of walking to several restaurants, stores, groceries, library, bus stops, etc. is THEE best part. It absolutely makes up for the steak house that didn’t open or whatever another review is talking about. Spoiled much? I doubt the person that gave you your tour had much of a say in the delay of the opening (insert eye roll emoji). If this is a place you’re considering, come get a tour. Spend some time with the staff and talk to them for a bit. They’re nice people and I’ve never had an issue. I had a question about the new payment system and they walked me right through it in person. I really don’t have a bad thing to say about this beautiful place!"
"I love this rental property! Industry is one of the best in Pittsburgh! There are beautiful amenities, my favorite being the gym that is equipped with anything you may need. I work from home, so the common areas are very comfortable and homey, without feeling cramped and still having the privacy I need without being confined to my own apartment. The area is also so amazing, as it is in close proximity to so many restaurants, grocery stores, local shops, and bars. I also use the bus to get around, and there are so many stops around, including the 82/86 that stops right outside the building. To top off this great rental property, the staff is extremely nice and helpful. No matter what you need, Jalissa and Clarence are also so willing to help you with it. You can't get any better than this :)"
"I have lived in MANY rental properties over the past 15 years, moving frequently in and out of the Pittsburgh area. Industry is easily in my top 3 favorites. The gym is fantastic (love the battle ropes, TRX bands, and the Peloton bikes!). The common areas are comfortable and spacious. Having a garage to park my vehicle is a huge plus, especially when it's too hot or too cold out. I love the proximity to groceries, the library, parks, and restaurants and bars—it's all within easy walking and biking distance. The Walk Score is 96 and the Biker's Score is 97. Bonus are the multiple bus stops within a block or two when I want to get around the city without driving. While I don't ever use it, there is a fancy coffee machine in the lobby area. Lots of different drink choices. The small marketplace in the building is also convenient- maybe even a little too convenient for someone who loves a late night snack like I do! Much easier than trying to find a store that's open when I have to work longer hours and need to munch. And when I do need to get to a store during the day- the Giant Eagle, Aldi's and Target are within a few blocks. I also appreciate being able to work either in my apartment or in the lobby areas when I need a change of scenery. Plenty of seating options! Are there some downsides? Certainly, every place has them but nothing that makes me want to move. I do wish the garbage truck company would choose a different time to pick up garbage at the nearby buildings but that's likely not within the control of the property management company. In my mind, it's part of city living and comes with the territory. The staff members are kind- Jalissa always greets me with a smile and friendly conversation. The entire team, including the property manager, are helpful when I have any questions or concerns."
"Worst place EVER to live long term for the PRICE they charge. I have lived here since they first opened last summer, around August 2023. It took them a whole year to fix the garage door that did not close (but paying for "secure" parking for 200 a month). They pay for some if not all positive reviews (see photos attached). The place looks nice but for the price, you can get something much much better or bigger. The staff here are not helpful for the most part and honestly just lazy in my opinion. They leave early (not sure if it is the policy) and the apartment will have no one working after 3pm most days. It takes weeks to for them to answer emails and most calls will likely go unanswered unless you repeatedly call. Also, they just updated to a new payment system which is hard to use and looks sketchy (for something in 2024). Additionally, the new system was released on the 28th of June afternoon but payment is due on the 1st of July. Providing ONLY a 3 days (including 2 non-business days) reaction time, if I understand correctly. So, they couldn't overlap the last payment system with the new for even 1 month to make transfer easy for residents (bonus: the new system doesn't support all banks). Lastly, just to show the low quality and slow maintenance response time of this building, it took them a whole year to fix window screens that had been falling out due to wrong sizing during installation (if the garage door wasn't enough). P.S. When initially touring the apartment complex in 2023 they stated there would be a steak house going into the ground floor retail spaces but yet the spaces still remain empty. Don't trust their lies, there are better places for the price!!!"
