"Extremely satisfied with the entire experience at Dr. Zand’s office. The satisfaction started from the moment my spouse and I first called to make the appointment, then the moment we walked into a cozy office, then the moment we met Dr. Zand. He was super professional and most importantly honest about the issue I was having. He provided a clear and detailed explanation of the best solution for the treatment and answered all of our questions. Luckily, (knock on wood) after the procedure I have had no pain, considering the percentage of fixing the issue from an old treatment was 75%. After the procedure, I was provided documents in such a formal way on the steps. The office called the day after to check how I was feeling.
