"This is the BEST embassy I’ve ever seen. Super nice, responsive and responsible. I applied for Slovakia visa and left a USPS prepaid envelope for them to ship my passport to Ohio. USPS messed up with everything. The package came to a distribution center near my home and USPS sent it back to the embassy! I tried everything to ask USPS to reroute my package but nothing worked. I explained it to the embassy, and the staff Michal was very responsive and responsible. In the end, he received my passport and I could pick it up at the embassy. It really saved my life because I have important international trip in just one month. I’ve never seen an embassy being as nice and responsive as this."
