That was confusing as there was no explanation nor anywhere to call and speak with someone. You can do better than this."

Don’t do business with this company because the card I used was charged multiple times for a transaction that should have been covered by the gift I received. They say they mailed my Visa gift card but provided no tracking number and I only have their word for it. Customer service is non existent. So far my $50 gift has cost more than $150."

"If there was an option foe -1star I would choose it. I got this card some time back but did not use it. I just tried to use it, and the $50 originally on the card has gone down to $26. Called customer service and was informed that from the dat if purchase there is a monthly activation fee. How can there be a monthly activation fee prior to the card being registered. Customer service could not care less. I just want to make people aware of this prior to purchasing the card. They should do the same. Thus card and the customer service sucks."
