The Bhutanese Community Association of Pittsburgh (BCAP) is a dedicated organization committed to supporting the Bhutanese community in Pittsburgh. Founded in 2010 and officially recognized as a non-profit in 2012, BCAP has grown into a nationally recognized community organization through the hard work and dedication of our team, board members, and volunteers.

Our organization is powered by a dedicated team of five staff members and 12 board members who work tirelessly to ensure the success and well-being of our community members. In addition, our volunteers play an essential role in helping us provide critical services and support.

At BCAP, our mission is to ensure a high quality of life for Bhutanese community members in Pittsburgh. We achieve this by offering culturally informed services and programs designed to ease the transition into American society. Our goal is to provide support, education, and a sense of community to help our members thrive.
