"Great place to live! Very convenient location, close to a lot of restaurants, shops and a freeway. The apartments are spacious and the management is very professional and responsive. I requested maintenance a couple of times, and things were taken care of on the same day, within a couple of hours. The neighbors are very nice. There are students, family people with kids, single people, married people, retired people. It's a great place to call home. The maintenance guy is extremely professional, does an excellent job. He is also very nice as a person. All my maintenance requests have been completed the same day, within a couple of hours. I, once, lost my key on a Saturday, after hours and he came and let me in within an hour. Thank you!!!!"
"From the day I moved into The Lane apartments I knew this was the community for me. Jaire patiently answers all my questions. Maintenance requests are responded to with efficiency and professionalism. The property is well cared for and updated as needed. In addition, the community (neighbors and staff) is full of friendly and kind people. When I first toured the apartments I was looking for a temporary residence until I could find something to buy. But that first night here I realized I had found my new “forever” home!"

"I moved into the Lane over a year ago. I just turned 80 and this has been one of the best experiences in living accommodations , and I am so happy to be here. The service here from leasing agent (Abi) at the time to the incredible maintenance department run by Tim and his team Scott and Josh are amazing. They even change your light bulbs. I sold my car and walk everywhere!! Anything and everything you need is walking distance. I love my beautiful 2bedroom unit and everyone I’ve met who live here are special. The security is great and I always feel safe. This place is the best."
