"I normally never leave a review but, Buckeye Tent was awful to work with. First, I was told they could accommodate my time restrictions for my venue without an issue. I confirmed with the owner three times before booking and then paid in full. Three nights before my wedding the owner called me to tell me he didn’t know he was delivering at a venue and he could no longer do the times I asked. Totally unprofessional on the phone and continually called the venue owner to deliver the tent early and pickup late. I am lucky enough she agreed. The tent company was supposed to call me when they were on there way to pick up the tent so, someone was on the property and never did. I called and he returned my phone call by hanging up on me, then never answered again."
