"Moving in was such a terrible experience. They also scammed me out of $100. They took the money out of my account and sent me an email 3 days later saying that the charge was $75, they received $75 and that there was "insufficient funds", so they had "returned" it and tacked on a $25 fee. Everytime I bring it up to the office I'm told that it's on my banks side, I've tried to dispute the charge but it won't go thru Plenty of afternoons I have to go without water because it just stops working, or I'll go to shower and it's only cold water"

"Just because you changed the name doesn't change the fact that… you ignored the fact and evicted a girl for being ATTACKED… BRUTALLY ATTACKED. You showed NO empathy for the girl.. pretty much just brushed it under the rug.. his family still lives here… the girl lost EVERYTHING. You did NOTHING to help her but just ignore her. "While the new Ownership seems to be doing what it can to improve the quality of the buildings, the middle aged african american lady in the leasing office has been, by far, the worst person to deal with for the past few years. Any situation brought up, you are spoken with as if you are a child. The holier than thou way of conversing makes going into that office an absolute nightmare. After working with the public my whole life, if I ever spoke down to anyone the way this individual feels the need to do, I would not have a job. While living here isn't awful, minus the overstretched maintenance crew, I suggest you do all you can to call the corporate lines, or deal with -anyone- else other than this miserable woman."

"I lived here for a year and a half and been a good resident never missed a payment and never been late on a payment. I also take good care of my apartment. I come home one day and I got a notice saying pay 30$ in 3 days or be evicted, no notice no reason. When I go to pay their (probably unlawful) fee for im treated like I’m the bad guy, and threatened with eviction again (yes I was upset but I was not ignorant [render what is Caesars to Caesar]). When I moved in originally it was advertised that there was a pool and a gym neither were useable. For the past almost 6 months I have to go to post office everyday To get my mail because they won’t fix the mail boxes. Also my apartment is cluttered with stuff that should be in my closet for the past 3 weeks so my electric panel can get inspected. Since I lived here I had to deal with drug addicts who where literally living in the stair well. Clogged sewer lines flooding my neighbors and myself apartments, Cars getting broken into, unlawful use of firearms, and break-ins in broad daylight. I am an army veteran I served in Afghanistan And I was awarded the following medals.(none of which make me special or a hero but I’m listing to drive my point home) afganistan campaign medal/with service star, army commendation medal, global war on terrorism service medal and a nato medal. My point here is warn anyone looking for a place live that management here only looks out for there own self interest."
