"Avoid at all costs. May have been a good place in the past but now not good at all. Will have full review when relative is out of there. They may retaliate. Update: I find it very interesting that you want me to reach out now. Why didn't you just fix the issue at the time. I'm afraid it's to late now. These people control when you can turn YOUR heat on for your home. They make you pay monthly if you want a pet. And when they walk you through the place you thinking about getting. Make sure you have a fine tooth comb to go over every little detail because if you don't see it then you are screwed! Better yet bring a lawyer with you. They will try to cut corners and not want to fix anything. They constantly raising the rent. You share one water heater between 4 appartments.. they will fight tooth and nail to not do the right thing. There's so much more. I just don't have all day to waist on these people. I've givin you fair warning. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE!"

"We lived here for 2 years. We chose one of the ranch apartments as we have a handicapped child. It was very handicapped friendly. The neighborhood was quiet, the maintenance man was quick to repair things and the neighbors were nice. The only thing I didn’t like is the electric substation sits in front of the apartments. Loving so close to one can cause health problems."

"Very rude customer service. Called the company phone and the lady that answered the phone didn't even say the company's name. Just said hello. She continue giving me attitude for asking questions and then hung up on me. Highly do not recommend this company. I can only image how they treat their tenants and will not be moving in there!"
