"WARNING: Beware of this complex! The customer service has taken a nosedive recently, largely due to the new manager, Melissa, who is incredibly rude. I was a resident here for two years without any issues, but the last few months have been a nightmare. I recommended this place to my family, and they were treated horribly. During their application process, the complex used the wrong account, failed to inform them of the problem, and then denied their application without notice, essentially scamming them out of their money. As a long-term resident, I’ve seen things go from bad to worse. In just the last few months, two of my neighbors’ cars were stolen, ambulances are now a nightly occurrence, and there have even been fatal incidents. It has become extremely unsafe, and I regret ever recommending it. I’ve rented in many places and usually take reviews with a grain of salt, but believe me when I say this is a serious warning. There are plenty of other places in Gahanna that are safer, more reliable, and treat you like the valued customer you are."

"This place is the absolute worst place to live, first my car has been stolen from my parking space due to the gate not being locked called the apartment complex for some help they told me there was nothing they could do I accepted that and let it go, it has happened more than 2x, even though the whole reason I moved to the complex was for the gates they had. Now my AC in my apartment has not been working for 4 days I placed a maintenance request someone came into my apartment without knocking but I was just happy my AC was going to get fixed, he kept walking in and out of my apartment but didn’t do anything and just walked back out. I called the complex and they told me there’s nothing they could do about it but wait my apartment is literally 81 degrees hot, the lady I talked to was very rude told me to go buy my own fan to keep me cool in this economy you tell someone such disheartening statement, I have never been late on my bills but they don’t care about anyone but their rent advice yourself before you move here."

"Beautiful community. Ponds everywhere. Quiet. Very convenient location to Easton Mall (8 minutes), other shopping, & main highways. Management & maintenance are SUPER responsive and very knowledgeable. They take you seriously & take care of you. This is a wonderful community that I highly recommend."
