"Overall, our stay went fine. The Good: -lovely hotel with charm -helpful front desk -updated rooms -appropriate quality for a 4 star hotel The Bad: -valet a bit expensive and took time -asked for more towels at 830pm, never arrived -after they cleaned the room, housekeeping left dirty foot prints all over the bathroom -after we asked them to mop at 9pm, still found dirty footprints on the white bathroom floor. Seems like the didn't bother to clean the toilet stall the second time The Unacceptable: -a few weeks later, I received a parking fine of 87.50 dollars. Seems like valet uses the adjacent parking lot. This lot uses cameras to capture your license plate and invoice. If not registered, they send the bill to your house that includes one day charge plus a hefty fine of 70.25. In addition, they threaten additional action, legal etc, if not paid. But, I used valet. When you go and contest, an option is valet. Seems like a common enough occurrence. I do not appreciate the threatening language when it's their fault. But, much more importantly, I'm upset having to waste my time correcting their mistake. I will no longer stay at this property."

"Loved my stay here; can't say enough about how great the staff was! The spinning door ate my flip flop and they got me a replacement right away. Rooms were very nice and the star light was fun to have on while getting wound down for sleep."

"This hotel is amazing!! We came to Ohio for a festival and decided to stay here on our last day before going back to Denver & we’re so glad we did. Ace (could be Aic too I forget the spelling) was so amazing! The customer service & entertainment whenever we were in the lobby was just exceptional. The hotel itself is very clean & comfortable."

"I can’t say enough good things about our experience here. First Ace at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. My husband had brought me down for a last minute birthday night just to spend the night and go out to a nice dinner. He rented another room at another hotel downtown that he thought was supposed to be nice…it was not. So last minute he found this hotel after we had checked into the other hotel. They got us a nice room and went above and beyond to make sure our short stay was perfect. Will stay here again."

"My husband and I stayed here for the first time this past weekend for our son’s graduation from OSU. Our stay was fabulous. It started out wonderfully with Trinity at the front desk who greeted us with warmth and kindness. We had drinks Saturday evening at the bar and the bartenders were very friendly. Although I would caution that it’s a limited bar. Breakfast the next morning at The Keep was very good and loved the beet smoothie and omelette. The rooms were very clean and the bathroom was very spacious. The option to have the star projection on the ceiling was a nice touch. So was having a Starbucks in the lobby. As an ambassador elite I spend many nights a year in hotels and it’s always a welcome surprise when a hotel exceeds expectations. We really appreciated the attention to detail and feeling more like a luxury escape than just another hotel stay. We will definitely stay here again when in Columbus!"
