"I lived at Cedarbrook for 2 years and had an overall wonderful time. I was originally put into the 2 bedroom + Den unit with 5 tenants in total, including myself. I'd like to give a special thank you to Lisa, who is constantly hard at work at The Canyon. She is so kind, so efficient, and takes care of anything you need! She was absolutely amazing throughout our two year stay and she deserves to be recognized! The office at The Canyon also has some amazing people working there. Specifically the managers, Michelle, Ryan and Shannon were absolutely great and always willing to help or even just chat with me and my roommates! They helped solve any issues that arose and effectively provided us with thorough answers to any questions we may have had throughout our 2 year stay. On the flip side, over the two years my roommates and I had multiple issues with furniture, including broken kitchen table chairs and broken desk chair wheels. You're paying for the apartment not the furniture, so it's unsurprising the apartment complex purchases some of the cheapest furniture I have ever used. Another issue that typically arose was misinformation. There was multiple times where workers in the office told me one thing and then the next week I was told something completely different. A manager had openly admitted to me that the front office workers don't always know what they are talking about, so keep an eye out for misinformation, and save any conversations you have with anyone in the office to use for future reference to avoid any confusion/issues. Sometimes The Canyon may be a little tough to work with, but they genuinely love their tenants and we genuinely love them. They have done so much for us and I'd definitely recommend living here! It's a great spot directly in the middle of downtown and they offer average, if not below-average rent prices."
"I want to give a huge thank you to the maintenance worker Skip! My roommate and I were locked out of our apartment very late at night and he was able to come and help us get in. Great service and nice guy. Had an amazing year here."
"After staying here for a semester, I would say it was a mixed experience with mainly positives. Alexander Court was great. The 24/7 gym, free coffee, and working area was definitely the best part of the experience. The staff were super friendly, encouraging, and professional whenever assistance was ever needed. The apartment itself was mediocre. We paid 1300 for an apartment with no air conditioning, a shared room, and ventilation so ineffective the fire alarm would go every other time food was being made. With that being said, the location is perfect as well."
"Living at the Canyon has been a breeze. Maintenance requests are promptly fixed and with no hassle. Ken really helped fix several issues in my apartment today. He was so kind, understanding and quick to do his job. I really appreciate staff like this as a resident. I feel confident that when I have problems like this, Ken or anyone else in the Canyon staff will help me with ease and make my experience stress free."
